Return/Refund Policy

At SHIVI, your satisfaction is our priority. That's why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. You can exchange the products within 1 day of delivery, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! We'd love to replace it for you with another SHIVI jewel.

Returns and exchanges are also accepted for :

  • Manufacturing defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you can initiate an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please attach the picture of the defective product and send it to us at info@shopshivi.com on the same day itself.
  • Damaged/broken items: If your product arrives damaged or broken, you can initiate an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Missing items: If you receive a damaged/broken order with missing items, the company may deduct the missing item's full MRP from your refund. This applies to promotional products as well.

How to initiate an exchange:

  • Send us an email at info@shopshivi.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can also do this through the "Contact Us" page on the website.
  • Provide pictures and videos of the product: These should show the damage or defect, as well as the opening of the parcel.
  • Wait for a response from the SHIVI team: We will review the images and videos and respond within 24 hours.
  • Pickup and confirmation: If your request is approved, the damaged/broken item will be picked up from your doorstep. You must be available to confirm the exchange within 3 days, or your request will expire.
  • Communication: All information regarding your exchange will be communicated to you via email.

Important notes:

  • No returns or exchanges during sales: All items purchased during a sale are final and non-refundable.
  • No refunds for charity sales: Products purchased in charity sales can only be exchanged for manufacturing defects or broken items.
  • No returns/exchanges for altered items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been altered by a third-party jeweler. Tampering or altering the jewelry will void its warranty.

We take great pride in ensuring your SHIVI jewellery arrives safe and sound. Once our trusted delivery partners declare your package "delivered," responsibility transitions to your care.
